FORGINGS MANUFACTURE PROCESSING
For the forging, we select the appropriate forging equipment according to the material, shape, size and processing of the forgings. All operating personnel need to know and understand the details of forging drawings and processing files. Take the right way to preheat material to the regular temperature, pick the suitable lubricant according to the complexity, material, technological requirements of the forgings.
Before the forging, some things we need to ready, including the raw material selection, calculating the quantity of material needed, blanking, heating, calculating deformation force, pick the right processing equipment and lubricant and so on.
The range of the forging raw material is big, including carbon steel, tool steel, alloy steel, die steel, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium and others, even the round bar or section bar after processing.

FORGINGS TESTING
Forgings quality testing includes internal quality and external quality. For the internal quality part, we focus on the internal defect, and mechanical properties. For the heavy forgings and important forgings, we also do the chemical composition analysis. We check the tensile strength, toughness, hardness and etc to value the mechanical property. For the external part, we need to check its shape and geometrical dimension if meets the requirements of drawing, and if there any defects be shown on the surface, including the crack, pits, scratches and etc.
